Marina Shtern, MD
​2003 graduate of Drexel University College of Medicine completing her Family Medicine Residency at Abington Memorial Hospital. She has previously practiced in Massachusetts and Texas. Dr. Shtern sees her role as a patient advocate and educator, sharing her knowledge and depth of experience in helping patients understand and successfully incorporate healthy habits for the prevention and management of chronic illnesses. Dr. Shtern is board certified in Family Medicine and is on staff at Doylestown Hospital.

Tina Degnan, MD​
Dr. Degnan is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has been practicing in the Doylestown area for 14 years. She earned her undergraduate degree in English with honors from Wesleyan University and then lived and worked in New York City before following her calling to medicine. She is a 2005 graduate of Drexel University College of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Abington Hospital where she served as Chief Resident. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, and the Pennsylvania Medical Society and serves on the Core Faculty of the Doylestown Health Family Medicine Residency Program.

PictureDr. Louis Cimorelli
Louis Cimorelli, DO
Dr Cimorelli is Board Certified in Family Medicine, and a 2001 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at the US Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. Dr Cimorelli went on to serve 8 years of active duty with the Navy, deploying 3 times, treating patients at the Horn of Africa, Persian Gulf, Bay of Bengal (Bangladesh), Haiti, and Central / South America. He practiced full spectrum Family medicine, including inpatient and outpatient medicine, simple Obstetrics. He has special interests in preventative medicine, and a wide range of procedures including joint injections, simple skin biopsies, Osteopathic Manipulation, etc. Dr Cimorelli also enjoyed 5+ years of teaching Family Medicine Residents while associated with the St Luke’s University Health Network. He is on the staff at Doylestown Hospital. Dr Cimorelli is a native of the area, and lives with his wonderful family in Bucks County. He is a longstanding Philadelphia Sports fan.

Melissa Taylor, CRNP
2000 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a masters degree in Adult Health/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. In Addition to working as a primary health care provider, she also holds a faculty position at the University of Pennsylvania teaching nurse practitioner students in academic and clinical settings. In 2010 she authored a chapter in the textbook: Nurse Practitioners: The Evolution & Future of Advanced Practice (5th edition).

Thomas Speranger, CRNP
Tom is a 2017 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a masters degree in Adult Health/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. He joins the practice with experience as a registered nurse at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania focusing on pulmonology, gastroenterology and organ transplantation. Tom has a degree in exercise science and nutrition and has worked as an EMT. He is passionate about partnering with his patients to achieve and maintain lifelong health through early lifestyle interventions.

MaryEllen D’Agusto, CRNP
MaryEllen is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with 17 years of experience. She is a 2001 graduate of Temple University with a Master of Science in Nursing/ Adult Health. She spent 15 years on staff at Doylestown Hospital as part of their Hospitalists group caring for acutely ill admitted and Emergency Room patients. In addition, she had several years of experience as a registered nurse working with cardiac patients. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. MaryEllen practices with a strong emphasis on patient education with the goal of empowering patients to prevent disease and improve outcomes for those with chronic conditions.

Joanne Markowitz, CRNP
Joanne Markowitz joins the practice as a board certified Nurse Practitioner with 9 years of experience in adult primary care preceded by 21 years experience as a registered nurse. She is a 2009 graduate of Gwynedd Mercy University with a masters degree in Adult Health/ Nurse Practitioner. She is a current member of both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioners.
Joanne is committed to developing long lasting, trusting relationships with her patients  educating and empowering them to be active, informed participants in achieving their health goals.
