Susan Fisk Sander, MD

Dr. Susan Sander
1984 graduate of Stanford University School of Medicine and the founding physician of Tohickon Internal Medicine, LLC. She completed an Internal Medicine Residency, Chief Residency, and General Internal Medicine Fellowship at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Santa Clara, California (a Stanford teaching hospital). She has held faculty positions at the University of Nevada, Reno and the University of Arizona, Tucson. Dr. Sander is board certified in Internal Medicine and is on the staff at Doylestown Hospital.
Nicole Geracimos, MD

Dr. Nicole Geracimos
2007 graduate of Jefferson Medical College completing her Internal Medicine Residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital- Weill Cornell. At Weill Cornell she served as the Primary Care Assistant Chief Resident and received the programs award for compassionate patient care. Her residency also included rotations at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and the Hospital for Special Surgery. Dr. Geracimos is board certified in Internal Medicine and is on the staff at Doylestown Hospital.
Rebecca Masters, MD

1991 graduate of The George Washington University School of Medicine, Dr. Masters completed her Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at Penn State Hershey. She has been practicing primary care for 18 years, and has often been recognized for patient satisfaction. As an Assistant Professor of Medicine, she was actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners. Dr. Masters brings to her practice a strong emphasis on prevention of disease, with particular expertise in diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal problems, as she also has a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
Melissa Taylor, CRNP

Melissa Taylor
2000 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a masters degree in Adult Health/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. In Addition to working as a primary health care provider, she also holds a faculty position at the University of Pennsylvania teaching nurse practitioner students in academic and clinical settings. In 2010 she authored a chapter in the textbook: Nurse Practitioners: The Evolution & Future of Advanced Practice (5th edition).
Pamela Barnes, CRNP

Pamela Barnes
Pam has a masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Adult Health/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She comes to Tohickon Internal Medicine with 32 years of experience as a registered nurse in critical care and cardiac rehabilitation. She brings to the group an avid interest in assisting patients in making lifestyle changes with the goal of preventing, controlling and minimizing complications of chronic disease conditions.
